What is Psychoacoustics?

It’s a science branch aimed at joining Mathematics to Cognitive Psychology in order to understand the transformation from acoustical vibration to SOUND made by our brain. The fundamental hypothesis is that our brain is suitable in turning mechanical energy into sensations and emotions. From the Systems Theory we adopt the “Causal Property” according to which SOUND doesn’t exist until the brain processed any vibration. Because SOUND is an entity belonging to Subjective Domain we are forced to accept the odd concept that

SOUND doesn’t exist in NATURE, but in our MIND only
